V2000-TO Characterization System

V1000-TO Lifetest/Burn-in System

Get equipped with an efficient, high density TO-Can test system.

The V1000-TO Laser Diode Lifetest System provides precise control and monitoring of TO devices connected to 320 independent and highly stable current drives. The system supports CW up to 500mA. The V1000-TO's modular design allows for one station to contain up to 10 drawers and up to 3200 devices. The devices under test are loaded and unloaded with minimum handling. Laser temperature is controlled using a combination of TEC and factory water.
